Summer Yoga on the Lawn

We are partnering with Play Academy to bring you a Summer Yoga series with our tenured yoga instructor, Carrie Speed. Grab a friend and come down to The Arbor to get a peaceful stretch in. If the weather permits, this event will be moved indoors at The Arbor.
There are 2 class options available.
9 am: Vinyasa Flow
10 am: Yin Yoga
