Evergreen Community Association requires all homeowners to submit an application for any exterior improvement. Applications are reviewed for approval by the Architectural Control Committee. The Committee review time is 30 days after all documents have been received. We ask that you please submit your applications timely to avoid delays. A Resident must receive approval prior to construction or modification of improvements commencing.
