Hours: 5 am-10 pm
Curiosity Park boasts a pavilion, a lawn, play structures, beautiful trees, and trails around the park. Picnic in our green spaces, walk our trails, or meet up with friends for coffee!

The Arbor Pickleball Courts
Hours: 5 am-10 pm
Calling all pickleball enthusiasts! Evergreen has four pickleball courts for your enjoyment. This amenity is for residents only and requires key FOB access.
Reservations for the Arbor Pickleball courts are not required as we are implementing an Open Play system.
Rules for Open Play:
Walkups are permitted; If 4 players are on the desired court for play, stack your paddle at the end of the court to signify your turn.
After 4-players play, the next 4 players that are in line play one game, and the process continues.
The spirit of open play is that everyone gets to play with different players in a recreational and fun setting.

Forest Shores Pool
Hours: 5 am-10 pm | Closed on Tuesday
Our resort-style community pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Key FOB access ensures a secure and exclusive environment. Enjoy ample lounge space, lush surroundings, and a chic bar area ideal for socializing or sipping a drink poolside. Whether you're swimming, sunbathing, or simply lounging, this is the ultimate spot for laid-back luxury. The pool is closed on Tuesdays for routine cleaning.
