Tina Weinhoffer is a solution-driven real estate specialist with over 20 years of experience in HOA and community asset management for single-family, townhome, and condominium developments. Tina’s primary career focus has been in new construction, including HOA establishment, facilities management, and operations. She has excelled in providing seamless HOA transitions from developer to homeowners with a commitment to maximizing property values. Her personal interests include being a dedicated resident of Montgomery County by volunteering for local organizations such as The Woodlands Township and Henry’s Home Horse Sanctuary and serving as an election judge for the Montgomery County Elections Board.

Your lifestyle director, Cameron, is committed to making life at Evergreen great! From yoga classes to dive in movies there is something for everyone here at Evergreen. Cameron graduated from Texas A&M in 2022 and went straight into a management role. With this experience, she is able to deliver great customer service to the residents of Evergreen and make sure they can say they live in the best neighborhood! Cameron's hobbies include baking, pilates and hanging out with her friends and family. If you ever have an event idea you would love to see happen, shoot her an email and she can make it happen.
